« This hotel is INCREDIBLE!! We will try to stay here every time we visit Philadelphia now! Family of 4 spent Christmas in the Alice Suite--so festive, so fun. Perfect beds, perfect showers, great other amenities, spotlessly clean, FABULOUS decor. It's a wonderful location and it is so cool to stay in a hotel that feels like a gorgeous old house in this wonderful city, rather than in a corporate-feeling hotel. 10/10 you guys! Well done!! »

« On a passé un super séjour, on a été surclassé dans une suite au lieu d'une chambre simple sans salle de bain qui était en travaux. La suite est immense, avec cuisine et salon, le lieu est calme, la salle de bain très propre et la literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec des salades de fruits frais tous les matins. On a adoré notre séjour. »

Je lui ai demandé de me redonner ma clé de chambre que je venais tout juste de lui remettre , elle me dit impossible de la réactiver….assez spécial comme service . "

"Très déçue de l’hôtel The Logan à Philadelphie. Malheureusement, le « By Hilton » nous a faussé notre choix. Un service déplorable, un sens de l’accueil inexistant et un personnel froid et virulent. Les prix ne sont pas exorbitant et je comprends mieux pourquoi. Bonne option pour une ou deux nuits si on fait abstraction de l’humain. "
