« The host has communication leading up to our stay. We were disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable for use as that was not communicated to us ahead of time. There was no wood available for the fire pit, either. So, the opportunities to use the backyard were very limited. The main level toilet would only flush by removing the tank lid and physically lifting the handle. »

Also, the trash bins outside were overfilled with trash that animals got in and spread over the yard. We are very dissatisfied customers who will not use this service again. »
