"Room flooded with toilet water (black water) from another floor. All our clothes and shoes were soaked. Staff did very little to fix the issue. Owners never showed up to help with the situation. No offer to cover the cleaning of the haz mat clothes and shoes finally after much pushing they put us in another room "

"I use a c-pap machine to sleep. The electrical outlets next to the bed only worked if the lights were switched on which obviously defeats the purpose of sleeping. I could not use my breathing machine and therefore could not sleep. HORRIBLE night!!! Plus, the bed was not comfortable. Would never stay here again especially for over $100 for the night!!"
