"Staff is horrible out of sync. Maybe they were not ready for springbreak week, but nobody seems to be interested in their jobs. Cleaning staff was great, and poor girls at Joe Merchants were trying to keep head above water level. Everything and everyone deserves 0 for not giving a crap. Including the Land Shark restaurant. Cant managers come and help out? They have weir heirarchy where servers only serves. Food was bismal, but luckily uber eats serves well and cheaply. I'd say resort itself is a solid 4, amenitieities 0-1 stars. Elevetaor is a joke. Never experienced anything like that in my life. I sound like a whining baby, but go stay there few days, and you really wonder why you didnt go to Cancun "

"We stayed in the King room and it was beautiful, room was extremely clean and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. Breakfast could use a lot of help but will get you going. I would say also old, bruised fruit needs to be discarded though. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"Stayed 1 night (3/18/2026) in room 208. Towels for bathroom are clean but they are old so they are a little scratch. Everything else is great. "

"Wasn’t excepting outdoor accessible rooms, breakfast was a good selection really appreciate a hot breakfast but it never got replenished throughout breakfast so if you came later it was all gone, in use towels were taken from my room and not replenished then when I asked for more towels front desk staff said let me see if I have some in a rude manner. The front desk lady with red hair and glasses was the best she was there for the first half of my stay and she was very attentive and sweet. "

"We enjoyed the stay over the night with whole family, complimentary high quality and varieties of breakfast, fitness room with several equipment, swimming pool amenities altogether made our stay fun filled while did our daily exercise with the right equipments. If I go there again, will choose the same hotel. "
