"We had a great time at this water front property on Lake Livingston. The house is very nice with lots of sleeping room. The boat dock and lift were great and made it convenient to get in and out of the water. Owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had before our trip. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor patios / outdoor seating areas and outdoor grill - lots of bugs, spiders, spider webs and dirt that made it unusable."

"This quaint property was quiet, clean and refreshing. Surrounded by trees and secluded off the main road yet close to major freeway. Easy parking, pet friendly, pool table, lounge seating and outdoor patio and pool. The hotel also has a little fun game area and reading areas. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a bar with premium alcohol and good pricing. Shopping is abundant and close, so are resuturants and the Woodlands Mall, Target, Marshals, Gucci, Tory Burch, Market Palce, Blend Cigar Bar and Cynthia Mitchell just to name a few. Rooms and hotel are art deco providing a nice vibe. I really enjoy this hotel. "
