« Just needed a quick night to stay halfway between home and Houston. Location was convenient. As many states in reviews, there is no front desk attendant, you message the property on here and they come meet you. Room was clean, but… Bed was rock hard and there were people outside yelling/blasting music all night long. Will definitely not stay there again. »

« Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time. »

« The room was shabby and lacked any amenities other than soap. The front desk person was unable and help with anything as she said her boss was the only one capable. For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable »

« I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here....

« Hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and I loved the flooring. I'm impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the room. Breakfast was good. I liked that the parking lot was well lit. I will definitely stay there again. »

« Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

« Staff great, and rooms are clean. Hotel is located off the freeway, making little to no highway noises. Differently will stay again. »

« Wasn’t excepting outdoor accessible rooms, breakfast was a good selection really appreciate a hot breakfast but it never got replenished throughout breakfast so if you came later it was all gone, in use towels were taken from my room and not replenished then when I asked for more towels front desk staff said let me see if I have some in a rude manner. The front desk lady with red hair and glasses was the best she was there for the first half of my stay and she was very attentive and sweet. »

« My room smelled like mold and mildew. My son is very allergic to it. He was having a severe reaction and couldnt breathe. We had to leave and find elsewhere to stay. »
