"In the middle of a lot of opportunities for activities, the hotel had just about everything you could conceivably want / need / ask for. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the view and the grounds especially after Dark was beautiful especially around the pool with the moon setting. I found the price to be quite reasonable considering the location, and it does appear to be the best Marriott property I have stayed at in memory. Not to say the others were bad, this one just stood out as being excellent"

"Ive been to several hotels and lost faith in hotels in general. This one was different. Every staff member, from check in, to cleaning staff, to check out, was amazingly kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: fluffy eggs, that were not rubbery, had flavor. One day was sausage, the other was bacon. Clean, fresh, hot waffle iron with red velvet and regular flavor. Plenty of butter and syrup. Yogurt, boiled eggs, cerral. All kinds of options for a hungry traveler. The coffee was always available and hot. The entry smelled, and looked, clean and amazing. Our room was gorgeous, even if a bit aged. We loved our stay and look forward to staying again."

"Great stay overall, but I was struck by the odd placement of the sink faucet in the bathroom. I had read a review before my stay that mentioned it, and I didn't think anything about it. I couldn't really understand what the reviewer meant. Now, after my stay, I understand. The hand sink in the bathroom has a faucet that is WAY too short, just barely over the basin, so to wash your hands or brush your teeth, water splashes all over everything outside of the sink and behind it. I know it sounds like a small thing, but really, they should put in properly sized fixtures in the bathroom. Otherwise, I loved the place, great location, nice bed, comfortable stay!"
