"We had such a good stay in the mountains of North Carolina at the beginning of fall. The host, Mr. Bob, was super communicative and helpful throughout the stay. It was a bit smaller than expected but perfect for our size group (3 adults). We had fun with the games provided and the recommended activities found in the guidebook. The washing machine and dishwasher had some issues but did not impact our stay whatsoever. The creek on the property is incredibly beautiful and the location, with the river across the street, was convenient. The only things worth noting was that the bathroom was a bit tiny and that there was not an inside kitchen table. However, there is a huge bar with chairs in the kitchen for eating inside the house. Overall, it was very homey—like you were staying at your aunt/uncles cabin."

"The cabin is truly beautiful and is definitely one of the best places we've stayed in the NC mountains over many years. Would rent it again. The layout was perfect for us three old ladies in our 70's! Host was attentive and quick to respond to our needs."
