"We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely rent it again!The home was exactly as described and very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. Everything was easy and straightforward from beginning to end.One feature we especially appreciated was the gated back deck. The deck is enclosed on both ends, which meant our dog could relax outside with us without us having to worry about him running off. It was such a great feature for anyone traveling with a pet!The home had everything we expected, plus a nice extra that I don’t remember seeing mentioned in the description — a magnifying mirror in the master bathroom, which was a very thoughtful convenience.The location was also great. It was close to the New River and West Jefferson, making it easy to enjoy the area. The front porch had beautiful views, and because the home is situated in a rural area, there was a wonderful sense of privacy whether we were sitting on the front porch or enjoying the back deck.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, private, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again when we visit West Jefferson in the future!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, especially having direct access to the river. The river depth was perfect for the children to play and enjoy, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It would have been a nice added touch if floats or water toys were provided for guests to use.The host was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. It was very easy to reach out when needed.The home had all the essential things we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket. It was such a sweet and welcoming touch and made us feel right at home.We also appreciated that the home was pet-friendly, which is a great option for families traveling with pets. However, for those of us who don’t have pets and may be sensitive to them, there was a slight pet-related allergy reaction during our stay. An air purifier in the home would be a nice added touch to help filter the air and make the space more comfortable for guests with pet sensitivities.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!"
