This was our first trip to a Grand Palladium resort. Family Selection was perfect for our family vacation & I cannot say enough good things about the service provided. Having the pool for family selection only was wonderful as it was much quieter than the big pools at the resort. The Nest restaurant was lovely for an a la carte option for breakfast. Our butler Abraham went above & beyond to make our trip unforgettable & help with my husbands birthday celebrations. The small details like the nightly delivery of sweet treats to the room was nice. The food at Bahia & El Dorado was too notch. Although the combined resort is quite large, shuttles are readily available to get you where you want to go. Drinks in the Kantenah lobby bar were great. We will be returning in October.

This all inclusive had it all for my family of five. Kids and adults. We were looking for a place to enjoy a quiet vacation and this was the place. Our kids loved the beach and pool and we love peace.
