"Staff were excellent. Loved our cleaning lady, Elena. Quick, clean, reliable and super friendly. Also a repair needed for shower was done very quickly. Reaort had lots of activities if people wanted. Only drawback was the food. Long before the end of 2 weeks the buffet food was not great. Needed more north american options. Asian night was good though. Would have liked to see more fresh options like the one they did a stir fry for lunch. Never saw it again. Lighting in the lobby bar could have been a little brighter for people to play cards at. Overall a great experience."

"I was hesitant to stay at an all-inclusive resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty and the pool drink staff were very attentive. For the most part kids stayed in the kid pool so the adult pool was very relaxing. My room was modern and very clean. My only complaint is that a lot of the noise from foot traffic kept me awake a couple of nights"

Being able to see whales breaching and swimming so close to shore… sometimes right from the resort… was absolutely breathtaking. Experiencing something so rare and magical added an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime element to our vacation. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way.
