El Silencio Vacation Packages

The place was beautiful and in a great location in the old town close to bars and restaurants. However it was very noisy until about 3am every night for my stay due to proximity to the bars. I guess you can have everything but it would have been nice to have been told about the noise. We moved out after 7 of of our 9 nighs there.

This was my second time and I love it. Valet services is great and the breakfast is very good.

I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5, as it was much better than the hotel I stayed at in April. It is centrally located near restaurants and shops, beautifully designed, clean, and offers several amenities, including a gym, spa, salon, souvenir shops, children’s play area, and separate pool sections for adults and children. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of food, and housekeeping cleaned the room and replaced towels daily. My only negative experience was on the final night, when my daughter and I waited more than 30 minutes in the restaurant without being attended to. I felt overlooked and uncomfortable, so I returned to my room and ordered dinner there. The hotel should improve its restaurant service and ensure all guests are treated equally, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️
