"Bathtub water would not completely turn off in our room, reported to the front desk. Lady at the front desk this morning, April 4, wasn't very friendly, had a frown on her face. Both coffee urns in the breakfast area were empty at 8am. I advised the front desk, but they were not replenished. "

"If you are placed in the older building, you will feel like you've been "catfished" (tricked)... The pictures online do not reflect the older accomodations. You'd be staying with stained yellow carpeting (possibly from the 1980s??), broken cabinets, exposed electrical, a bathtub faucet that didn't stop dripping, actual dirt and grime, a couch with old cigarette burns, a broken elevator, etc. When I complained, we were moved into the newer, remodeled building but I would not stay there again. I can provide pictures to support the above info."
