I think it is not fair to the customer to charge for daily parking when I have paid so much to stay on site. What am I suppose to do with my car that I have to use to get to the hotel. It is an insult. Gouging for every penny

Staff was great, really nice. Our check out was at noon and we chose not to have room service during our stay, so the last morning house keeping knocks on our door at 8 am, we tell them no, they continue to knock and even open the door. 8am for a 12pm check out? Never seen that before. The building is okay but from staying here 4 years ago to now the place is falling apart, just doesn’t look taken care of, just paint over mistakes.

Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The shower had long black hairs in it as if it had not been cleaned (my hair is short & blonde) and the towels were rough feeling and had an odor as if they weren’t fresh. I expected better from this property given the location.

Please clean the rooms
I was not pleased by the fact that during my entire stay, my room was NOT cleaned. I informed the front desk person my first night, and they only brought towels. My trash was not emptied, and the bed was not made.

Unfortunately the bar was not available upon my arrival at 8:00. The bartender had left and a staff member working her first day was overwhelmed. She had never bartended and did not know the register. The kitchen was also unavailable so I was unable to order food.
