"Todo perfecto. Lo mejor la localización en una isla cerca de big lagoon y small lagoon. El hotel organiza las actividades de tal manera que estamos solos, sin gente, en lugares con paisajes. espectaculares. Ademas el snornel en la playa del hotel es increíble. También puedes coger un kayak para ir a preciosas playas, cuando ya se han ido los tours y estar solo. Una maravilla "

"The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. The staff to guest ratio is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or guide you in a direction. "

"Overall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean. My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. The only other issue we had...
