"The rooms were clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We loved the pool area and size however the water was freezing! Dinner at the buffet could be hit-or-miss, but the lunch at the snack bar was consistently delicious. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially b_bmusica!"

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view. The grounds feature massive tropical gardens and gorgeous lagoon-style pools.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The staff were always smiling and asking how they could help us. Our room was beautiful. We had a sea view and a private patio with lounge chairs and a sitting area. The bed was super comfortable and the maids were great at keeping the room and patio tidy , clean and organized . We ate at all the restaurants and the food was great. Again the restaurant staff were always smiling and the service was amazing . I loved this hotel. The grounds are always being...

It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants were just amazing, and the food just delicious. We over indulged every day! The night shows were fantastic. This is a great property with a convenient location and the half-board option is a great value. The quality of the food is mostly high (some dishes overcooked - eg. prawns) but great variety. The only downside were the beds - the rooms were beautiful, but the beds were very uncomfortable and hard.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alta Montana, there was certainly a cabin/cozy feel to it. The hotel also includes a hot tub that kind of worked but a sauna that definitely worked. The views were great and the room was large and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was ok, but that would be only real issue albeit a very very very minor one. The staff was extremely friendly which added to the stay.
