"We were put in a room which was extremely far from the elevator and very difficult to find. A very difficult situation por people with mobility issues."

"Great hotel with two swimming pools and breakfast buffet and dinner. We were “level” guests and therefore enjoyed a free lounge access as well!"

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best. The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants nearby but it’s definitely dated and needs an upgrade. Pool was freezing cold even though the staff said it’s heated."

"The Villa was great, the pool and outside areas have plenty of space and well maintained.We paid for pool heating and that was a perfect temperature for May. Might not be needed through the summer.The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal and it was nice to have options for eating outside, either at the front of the villa in a morning or on the large table next to the pool in the evening.We only used one bedroom (main suite on the top floor) which has a king size really comfortable bed and good quality bedding.It’s a real home from home and Elena was very responsive for anything during our stay.The location is perfect for a short walk to local restaurants, shopping and bus stops. The beach is close by, 10 minute walk but with the private pool and sun loungers, there is really no need.Reccomended without any hesitation."

"Fantastic location of hotel. Staff were amazing with me when I arrived as was upset, they reassured me gave me a glass of fizz and even upgraded my room . Maids were good. Everyone was friendly in hotel. Mainly couples hotel . Couldn’t fault them would definately stay again given location too was great "

"The complex was well maintained and the pool areas were nice. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The apartment was shocking!! It smelt of damp, the plaster was crumbling off the walls in the bathroom and living room, the toilet and shower were dirty and the fridge didn't work! We were only there three nights, got there late the first night and were out all day so didn't complain. If we were there longer than three nights I would have insisted on being moved!"

"Die Villa liegt sehr zentral und der Strand, Shopping, Restaurant und fie Aktivitāten findet man in nächster Nähe. Das eine Zimmer im untersten Stoch hat keine Fenstet. Ansonsten waren wir als Familie hier sehr wohl. ja "
