"Garage Door key pad doesn’t work with ease. The fireplace wasn’t working downstairs- jacuzzi water level wasn’t correct - no head rests either. Kitchen floor boards had a few exposed nail heads. Downstairs couch had stains and a broken headboard in bedroom allows for banging throughout the night for person staying in masterbath. Not much privacy with outside on deck . "

"We had the loveliest stay at Alpenglow Aerie! We were two families with 5 children staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and has the most spectacular views of the mountains and lake. It was the perfect place to unwind after a hike or bike ride. The added loft area was perfect for the kids and we always had a fire going in the evening. "Nice house, excellent customer service during a huge storm! I wish the host would have communicated that the house was not stocked with things like bottle openers, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, coffee filters, and a bottle opener. We also shoveled our way out to the hot tub only to discover it was green and a bit smelly (we did not go in). But given the storm I can understand it was impossible to maintain at that time. "
