The room is very clean. And the staff are very kind and helpful.

Let me start off by saying the good it was a beautiful escape. If you want to seclude and disconnect yourself from the world this is the place to stay. The private beach was one of the most beautiful scenery to hang out at. Everything was a 10! The cabbin was expectacular a few bugs but that's the natural part of it. Our cherry on top were the howler monkeys that were right outside our room just watching us it was like 10 of them and that made our stay even more amazing !!! The bad ... it really wasn't much bad other then we were the only guest there which it really wasn'ta bad thing a bit scarry it's very dark at night. The restaurant was not the best. I hate to write this review but the workers in the restaurant didn't seem friendly or in the mood to be there. If they would of been a bit more friendly my stay would of been a 10!!! Definitely will be returning to this amazing gem. So my total rating 9.5 out of 10.. thankyou for a amazing stay.

Pretty much still the same as on the other visits. A few changes to schedules. But I am sure is just economics

The junior suite room had a beautiful view and the air conditioning was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and I appreciated the great spots they recommended to eat. The parking in the street is a little worrisome, but we had no problems thankfully. The location was perfect and seemed safe.

Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the pool did not look clean. Saw the staff removing the fallen leafs, but wasn' enough. The cabañas looked a bit worn out now, compared to two years ago. Beds were not too comfortable. The staff's attention was very good. Very good breakfast.
