"This is a gorgeous villa! I stayed here with 6 other girls and we felt completely safe and had the absolute best time. The owner of the house is very friendly and polite - he checked in often to ensure we were doing ok. The property manager is also wonderful. "Our family booked 5 nights at this home in Feb pre-COVID for a stay in late March for Spring Break. We tried to cancel in mid-March when travel to Mexico became restricted. The owner would not let us cancel or rebook different dates. They did not refund our money or even the cleaning fee! In a lifetime of traveling, we have never had a worse experience dealing with a homeowner. Beware!"

The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The property was as described but there were a few essentials missing like a first aid kit, iron, etc. It did get quite warm during our stay and it took a while to cool any room down since we were instructed to keep all A/C units off when not in property.
