From the minute you make your reservation to the day you depart, we are available by phone and email to answer and questions. We are in Cabo often, and extremely proud of our staff and our reviews. We are constantly working on very detail start to finish to insure you have a 5 Star vacation!  
  
Our check in time is 3:00 and check out is 12pm, (very competitive compared to many of the other homes in our community). We are flexible and understanding of flight schedules etc. so depending on departing or arriving guest the same days as your reservation or scheduled maintenance we do our best to accommodate you. Worst case, guest are always welcome to drop their luggage off and head to town to start the party if you arrive before the check in time.  
  
You will be greeted at the Villa by your concierges who are available throughout your stay and live just minutes away. They can help plan and organize:

#### Heavenly Holiday

Everyone did what they wanted to during the day and we all came together for delightful dinner around the beautiful large table after taking a dip in the pool and soak in the hot tub. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Loved the touch of Christmas decorations in the living room. Amazing view from every room. Highly recommend. One comment: put a railing on the upper turn of stairway for safety.

Can't say enough good things about this property! They have an amazing staff (manager, chef, owners, transportation, cleaning) who made everything SO easy - and the house itself is BEAUTIFUL. Perfect for families or friends, always felt 100% safe, very walkable, and will absolutely be coming back.

Definitely the best VRBO I've stayed at & the property is gorgeous. Everything went very smoothly and was ready for us when we arrived. My associates were extremely impressed with the Villa, and we truly appreciate Mark, Brian and Lorena's assistance during our stay. Highly recommend this property when visiting Cabo!!!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Villa Del Toro Rojo! Mark and Brian, the property owners have put so much thought and effort into making your stay top-notch! From the time of booking until check out, their communication and attention to detail is excellent. The staff they have hand selected are all soo great, especially Lorena! #### Intimate and beautiful

Our experience was all I wanted it to be as a grandmother. At first I thought the pool would be a disappointment to my five grandchildren as it was smaller than our usual rentals. But, as my nine your old granddaughter said, " Oh, the pool is so cozy." It was indeed. This house was courgeous and palatial. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you to Lorena and Miguel, and Rebecca and Marisol at VDTR house for all your efforts to ensure our comfort by preshopping for food and alcohol, preparing a top notch wedding dinner, cleaning the place every day at 11am including all the dishes we made, and bringing clean towels and fixing the tvs.. for arranging flowers (gorgeous), for ordering cupcakes including gluten free, and basically giving us an amazing time. We will never forget it. Best wedding ever.

We had an amazing time!! The home is beautiful, well stocked and the views are incredible. The beds are comfy. We hired the private chef, it was delicious and had dinner outside on the patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

#### What a beautiful property

I organized a surprise birthday for my wife and chose this property. Wow! What can I say… the house was gorgeous, the chef was first class, and you can’t beat the location. Beautiful views every morning and evenings. A ten minute walk from the beach. The property manager was very helpful in lining up transportation. We also had the house pre stocked with food and drinks. Will definitely be staying here again.

#### Perfect birthday stay

This property was perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The house staff was excellent including the concierge and housekeeper. We hired the chef one night and wish we had done it another, the food was exceptional and she even surprised me and baked me a beautiful and delicious cake. Having the bartender one afternoon was also a lot of fun. Location is great, it’s not a long walk into town/marina or a quick cab ride. Rooms and beds are all spacious, tons of bathrooms. Pool was smaller then I anticipated but it still worked out great. Overall, definitely would come back again and recommend to friends.

#### Unforgettable stay for 40th Bday in Cabo

The property was stunning -pics don’t even do it justice. As I began to plan this trip, I was blown away by how attentive the property management company was to go above and beyond for special touches for our group for my bday. This was very much a 5 star experience all around and my friends and family can not stop talking about how amazing everything was and the attention to detail in the organization but I could not have done this without Raffi, Lorena, & the team! Thank you Mark & Brian for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Would highly recommend a stay at Villa del Toro to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience in Cabo.

#### My 50th Birthday Girls getaway

This was the best trip ever!! It was 8 of us who came to celebrate my 50th birthday! We had an incredible time! The house is absolutely gorgeous, to see it is one thing, the stay in it is another! Miguel, Marisol (Annabel) and Lorena were absolutely the most accommodating! They made themselves available every time we needed them. The master room was the best part for me the birthday girl, I woke up the the best view of the water every morning and the clean fresh air as I open up all the sliding doors/windows. This was simply breathtaking!! You will not be disappointed staying here!!

#### Heaven in Cabo

This was the most picturesque and calming property I have ever stayed at. From the welcome margaritas and salsa and guacamole platter to the morning sunrise to the cocktails on the patio at sunset you thought you were in heaven! Should have had the personal chef every night as dinners were fantastic at one third the cost of dining out the nights we did go out. Time seemed to stand still when relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi or just lying on the most comfortable patio furniture. Lorena was amazing, just let her know what you needed and she made it happen. Cannot recommend Villa Del Toro Rojo enough to someone who wants a dream vacation.

#### Lovely Escape

Lovely escape to Cabo with 8 other women. Property was beautiful and service was excellent. It is pretty high up the cliff which could be an issue if you like walking into town but without the cliff you do not get the view! Only issue was prices quoted for the services which is not the owner charging tended to be a bit different(not huge) than the brochure. We did not haggle but you may want to ask in advance what the service providers will charge once you get there. Totally recommend the Villa Del Toro Roja!

#### Beautiful Stay!!

Stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was nothing short of amazing. Raffi was extremely responsive and was there for whatever question I had. Transportation was all planned based on my requests and we were able to get the drivers numbers to pick us up when wanted. The chef Marisol was AMAZING. We told her what we wanted and she went with it. Different crepes, avocado toasts, taco bar, pizza, grilled chicken, burrata salads. She really was the best!! Everything about this villa was top notch. From the service, to the cleanliness, and the views. The only thing I would say is if you plan to stay at the villa at night and play music, the neighbors did complain. Thankfully we had plans almost every night and there was only one night where we stayed back and played music. I would just take this into consideration only if you plan on partying at the villa each night - you might get some complaints. Other than that, 10/10!

Villa Del Toro Rojo was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 11 girls for a Bachelorette Party and it couldn't have been a more perfect trip. Between the concierge service, chef, taxi services, and cleaning services it truly was incredible. The view is amazing, the house is spotless, and you are very well taken care of. Coming from a full time event coordinator, this group hit the nail on the head. Already dying to go back!
