There was only one of two elevators working. The lights in the stairways were turned off. There were not enough towels and facecloths for two people. We expected the Clarion to be better managed than what we encountered.

Up-class property with decent prices. They have a big and spacious parking area, the rooms are big and very clean, and the shower pressure was reallygood, which is something I have found to be a reoccurrent problem in some other hotels. The staff was very polite and helpful. They served complimentary breakfast but I didn't get to it, so I can't comment on that. My overall experience was excellent.

Couldn’t have a shower because it wasn’t hooked up. Was hair on the bedsheets. And had to get a new key and even had a hard time getting in with the new key. They need to do some renovations and fixing for the price they charge.

We were told the pool was under maintenance which was fine but the ice machine was broken and using on of the bathrooms on the main floor was disgusting. It was not clean at all and even flushing the toilet a bunch of water started pouring out of the tank. Will not stay again

Good breakfast, staff was pleasant and helpful but our keys didnt work as I heard many other guests didnt work either. I walked to the front 3 times for a key at midnight. Staff were trying their best to help. Apparently a new card provider so hopefully gets figured out. Hallways need vacuuming more and bed linens had staining. Again staff were good but needs updating.

It was available when most other properties were sold out… it was clean, but the pool down for maintenance, limited food options in and around the hotel, some of the elevators aren’t working… we’d probably look elsewhere for our next trip

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We got there at 4pm after a day of walking and the room still wasnt ready until 4:30pm. The air conditioning in the room wasnt working very well because the filter was disgusting. The shower head was disgusting. Also there was no shampoo. Only conditioner and body lotion. Wont be booking there again.

The fact that the pool was out of service was dissapointing as that was the feature that made our decision to stay there. Hospitality was knowledgable and friendly and the rooms were nice and big and the beds were very comfortable
