Pool was not open when we arrived back to hotel after 9pm Disappointed I asked for an extension on my late check out and they gave me 30 minutes, which was really disappointing considering how much I stay at your property

All interactions with staff was great. I would recommend staying here to others. The swimming pool is an excellent size. The sauna was great. The hot tub wasn't running but that did not running but that did not hinder our stay! We will be celebrating New Year's Eve at the family friendly New Year's Eve later this evening.
