"The property was beautifully decorated and the manager who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. He also allowed us to switch rooms to a more quiet room which was really appreciated. "

"The staff were exceptional and professional. We really enjoyed our time here. Only complaint was that the homeless / drunks sitting out the front were rude and intimidating guests and they weren’t moved on by security for hours. Other than this minor complaint we had a fantastic time."
"The stay and staff were fantastic. This hotel turned an otherwise failure of a trip bearable. I was able to eat at various places, get a couple of massages, do some shopping and enjoy myself even though I couldn't do any of the things I went to Auckland for due to an information data breach and having to get and wait for new debit and credit cards, as well and heavy rains and winds cancelling my more adventurous outings."
"We could not stay because the property is not the 2 bedroom home described, but just two unconnected rooms - one bedroom with en suite having to go outside to get to a lounge/ kitchenette with sofa beds (and another separate again bathroom) so probably not suitable for solo or twin older travelers. The process for canceling and complaining about the misrepresentation was unclear and extremely frustrating and no consideration appeared to be given to even a partial refund. "
As well as military artifacts, this museum offers insight into New Zealand’s natural history, Maori culture, and craftwork, such as jewelry and weaving.
