Kitchen included coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and microwave. Wi-fi included. TV was small but functional for space. Front door entry was damaged and difficult to enter/exit. « We had a great trip to this townhouse. It was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was very good in the Capital Hill area. Parking was a little tricky since it's all street parking, but we really didn't have too much difficulty. Our host was helpful and check-in and check-out were easy. »

« We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We all had our own bed which was a plus. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wantes to be. In town for a conference at the convention center which was about a 10 minute drive. Its alot of stairs if tou have lots of luggge. While we were in D.C. the weather was in the 90s which cause thed upstairs bedrooms to be very hot. They never cooled down like we slept on top of the bedding. Other than the heat the place...

« This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....
