"Clean hotel, does need some upgrades to plumbing in the bathroom and HVAC. There was a bit of strange odor if we didnt keep the AC unit running. This is our 2nd visit and we would book again. Staff is amazing! Very convenient for theater."

"Great location next to Grand Central. Property was well maintained and staff helpful, Beware of additional daily charges ours were $39.99 per day for services we did not use. Not sure if that was due to Expedia or the Hyatt. No coffee in room but was available if requested. No microwave in room either. Additional charges to hold your luggage when checking out. I would recommend the Hyatt Grand Central as long as you are aware of additional charges after you paid in advance."

"We had a pleasant stay at Row NYC Hotel! The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore New York City and get around to different attractions. The hotel was clean, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, it was a good choice for anyone looking for a conveniently located place to stay while visiting NYC. Would recommend it for travelers who want to be close to the action!"

"We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!"
