"The room was clean."

"Not a good area. Homeless and prostitution outside the area. The room had roaches. The mattress had springs sticking out. Room was supposed to have a microwave but there was none. We had to move from the room but it was not much better. Our 10 year old was bitten in the face by a bug in the room. The room smelled like cigarettes and muggy. Will not stay there ever again."

"The A/C had to be turned on from the other side of the room, not on the A/C unit. NO kitchen, but a microwave on top of the fridge that wobbles. The security lock broken, hole in the wall should of seen the dead give away, chair was dirty with stains, dirty walls in the bathroom "

"Room was clean and service was fantastic. Only thing was that the battery went bad from the smoke detector and started beeping at 130am I called front desk and staff was friendly and brought me a battery quickly but that battery also wasn’t good and the smoke detector beeped all night the only thing staff can do was give us new batteries but that didn’t work. "

"I only stay because it’s only property that is close to my family….."

"I figured the place was not going to be that good . But there were bugs on the bed and counter top i left in the middle of my stay . I dont do bugs grose "

"There were cockroaches in our room. I've stayed at this location multiple times overthe last 2 years, this is the first time I've ever seen bugs. We let staff know and "cleaned" the room... "

"This was a surprisingly positive experience. For a 2 star rated motel in a rather uninviting area it was very clean and well appointed. All aspects of the room were positive. Breakfast offerings were also surprisingly completed for a standard “breakfast included” option. Would definitely recommend to travelers passing through the San Diego area Location isn’t optimal for staying and seeing the sights as it’s a distance from everything "
