"Pienso que no fue correcto el cierre del buffet por motivo de que había bajado la cantidad de huespedes a un 61% Hubiese sido mas practico que cerraran algunos de los restaurantes El coffee shop es muy bueno no obstante necesita mas limpieza pues el piso del mismo estaba bastante sucio Creo que son las unicas fallas que le encuentro al Hotel En cuanto al staff definitivamente quien logró que nuestra estancia fuera marravillosa y estuvo apoyandonos cada dia fue nuestro Mayordomo Junior Moreno es una persona grandiosa eficiente y muy profesional."

"It was a very nice stay nice staff very helpful… food is okay, towels are so old and also the bedsheet. Don’t like the idea that the kids are with their parents while drinking in the pool bar..Over all it was okay for those who are not choosy or sensitive."
