« The place is as listed, a bit old but very clean and well upkept. Finding the place was easy and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The place can benefit from better lightning, but this is not a complain. Thank you for a pleasant stay and if we are in Gainesville again we will for sure look up this place before others. »

« We were traveling to the area for a 4th of July contra dancing weekend at The Dancing Fish of Lake Santa Fe and wanted to take our dogs with us. Shawn, the owner, contacted me immediately upon making the reservation and provided lots of very helpful information about the house and the area. « Fabulous house right around the corner from 34th St and University Ave., though you would think you're out in the country. The large backyard opens to large pond (hence the name). You can't even see the house next door, and you can barely see the one across the pond, so it very much feels like you have the entire pond to yourself.
