The beds were very comfortable with 2 of the bedrooms with king size beds. The covered patio had very nice cushioned furniture. The location is convenient to Univ of Florida. The interior was nice and the place was clean. It had the perfect amount of space for our family. The beds were comfortable as well. The outside was my favorite. It was the perfect place to gather around the fire pit or under the pergola to sip coffee, socialize, and enjoy the weather. The morning when we woke up it was quiet so you could listen to nature as well. The owner of the place was nice and quickly responsive as well. The only cons I would say about the place were that there weren’t enough wash cloths and there wasn’t any dish soap for us to wash the dishes we used so we had to buy some. But those are really the only ones. Other than that, it was perfect for our quick trip to Gainesville for our family to visit and attend a Gators game. ##### Alison G.
