It is conveniently located right off the interstate, within walking distance of a Starbucks (clutch for the wife). It is also close to plenty of dining and shopping options and only five or ten minutes from the stadium. My brother ended up at U of Florida Shands hospital. I had been traveling with my dog and this was perfect for me. Complete kitchen which saved me from eating out all the time. I think this property would be good for a family as there is plenty of sleeping space. Sprting events or hospital stays. Easy access to 75\. Plenty of shopping,restaurants Good areas to walk dog .Communication was great with quick response. Knowing the weather was worsening (snow/ice predicted)I was offered a reduced charge to stay an additional night. Very helpful and I did.. ##### Deanna S. Nice neighbors. Well furnished place. I did give a perfect review but I’d recommend to the host that they get new beds. Both parties agreed the beds weren’t very comfortable and after a week of staying there I was happy to be back in a comfy bed. They weren’t awful, they just weren’t very good. So there were no more games. But the family still enjoyed our stay at this house, as it was conveniently located right off of the interstate, on the less busy side of Archer Road. The neighborhood is small and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. Yenni always does a great job setting things up and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank you! ##### Matthew T. Sep 18, 2022 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Don't reccomend this property Within minutes of arriving to the property, we were sent a message from the host demanding more money, insinuating that not only were they watching us on camera, but created an extremely unwelcoming environment. The property was listed as a unit that slept 6, and although we had the appropriate 6 people, for only one night, the host started harassing us repeatedly demanding more money through personal apps like venmo or cash app. The whole thing seems very odd and unsavory. VRBO should be made aware of this. The unit wasn't particularly clean, and all the linens were extremely cheap, thin, and old. There was also mold on the vents. I really wouldn't reccomend this property or this host. ##### Megan R.
