"This place was amazing. Tucked away in the woods, a private oasis. The house is stocked with literally everything you can think of. The layout is comfortable (master upstairs with small office and master bath), 2 addl bdrms on main floor with large bath, and open kitchen, dining room, great room with gas fireplace, books and board games for all ages. Downstairs is laundry room with foosball table, another separate tv room and garage hosts approx 8 bicycles, kayaks, canoe, ping pong table, badmitton, croquet and more. Although it rained almost our entire stay, there is a large deck with porch swing and firepit. We are looking forward to booking again with sunshine in the forecast!"

"Beautiful property. We stayed in January and enjoyed the wood burning insert and comfy chairs and couch. The view was amazing even with the overcast weather. Very quiet, clean, had everything we needed. Far enough away from all the people, close enough to grocery stores, gas, coffee shops (and a lovely nursery)."

"Very nice house, great place to stay. Lots of seating, both inside and in the different outside areas. We all very much liked it and would gladly stay again. It was our first time on Anderson Island and definitely not our last. A few caveats, though- the driveway is steep, and made of loose gravel. Can be a bit tricky, particularly if your car is loaded with multiple people. The bunkbeds in the main floor bedroom are rated for a weight limit of 165 lbs- so probably just for kids or smaller adults. The kitchen has rather fewer utensils and coffee cups than it should. The owners should consider spending a few bucks on adding some, just for the convenience of the guests. Construction on the exterior decks seems a little questionable. Not a building inspector but I can count lag bolts- and there are fewer than I'd use. The big issue I have, though, is with the pricing. The cost per night was fine, but the added fees were 40% of the pre-tax total. That's far higher than any other VRBO I've rented. I still rented it, obviously, but I'm not sure it's worth it. Just my two cents! Beautiful house, though."

"From the moment that we offloaded from from the ferry we knew that we were in a calm, quiet, paradise. This beautiful property is nestled in the woods away from the hustle and bustle that mainland has. Well appointed three rooms and giant living and kitchen. This house is stocked full of everything that you need. Such a fun time on this island. We truly hope to be back!"
