« We chose this pitucular hotel because of location to the Tacoma Dome and price. The room was clean and very basic and met our needs to sleep and attend an event at the Dome (we walked to the Dome across the parking lot). The breakfast was your typical buffet, it was OK. There is no other food except a vending machine offered. The area is kind of sketchy and I advise caution if you venture out on foot. They do offer free parking in a secured garage. I knocked off a star for putting us into a room...

Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay! »

« Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again. »

« Room was "old" and marginally maintained. For example the outside door closed, but there was noticeably daylight showing all around. Wind and "weather could certainly come in through. Toilet seat was not properly attached. Shower enclosure was "repaired" with non-matching paint. Small spots of peeling paint on walls. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. »
