"The AC did nothing to keep the room cool. April isn’t exactly warm in Seattle, so I can’t imagine staying there during the summer months. The room was clean but very basic-get what you pay for there! The staff though were not very warm and welcoming. "

"Avoid here. The pictures online are no where near recent. I booked here for about 11 days for a short vacation between relocating from Washington to Oregon. When checking in the front desk attendant announced my room number when handing me the key cards, a personal pet peeve and a safety concern. The room I was given had no working AC, no working television, nowhere to sit that wasn’t the bed. When I asked the front desk attendant he just shrugged and said his manager was out, he didn’t know when they would be back, and nothing could be fixed until they returned. When leaving for work early in the morning someone staying at the hotel followed me from my room to the car and tried to open the door once I was in so I could ‘party’ with them. They tried to follow me in their car when I pulled out. I left the hotel and didn’t go back after day 2. Even though when I left I was assured I would receive a refund for all nights I did not stay, and received a voicemail reiterating this, after more than two weeks it still has not been issued. Avoid this hotel. It is unsafe, not clean, nothing nearby. "

"The river is nice but difficult to figure out the TV. The shower area should have another safety handhold because it is a little precarious and a couple of comfy chairs would be good."

"This home was perfect for 8 women attending a red carpet event in Seattle. Spacious bedrooms, great space to hangout and talk all night. Super cute game room and outside area. The host was quick to respond to messages, and was very kind. Easy check in and check out. You won’t be disappointed. "

"The location is great, so close to the transit station. Max was a great host and made sure to check in about our plans and give us advise on our route after we settled in. When we want to go to Seattle to see a game, I will definitely check to see if Max's room is available. "

"Able to walk to coffee shops and really nice local bookstore. Very quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was charming and comfortable and plenty of space for us. Did not cook but appreciated coffee machine and use of washer and dryer. Good amount of towels and the puano and guitar lent nice ambiance. Yards well landscaped with some lovely flowers. "
