Rainier views Classic, spacious 1930's beach house just 90 minutes from Seattle. Fast Wi-Fi with an office for work, and the most iconic Mr. Rainier and water views in the South Puget Sound. This is a quiet retreat from city life, though the charms of Gig Harbor are only 30 minutes away. Drive a few minutes to 3 state parks, or just stay and enjoy the beauty and peace. The house retains its original charm and has been updated with a cozy gas fireplace, a new kitchen, quartzite counters and stainless steel appliances, fresh interiors, and a deep soaking tub. The dining and living rooms comfortably accommodate a family or group of friends, and the remodeled kitchen has all the you'll need to make great meals including pots, pans, coffee maker, colander, garlic press, dishes and utensils, toaster, rice maker, Instant Pot, blender, and basic spices and oils. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and in the living room just absorbing the beauty around us. Kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking family meals. I took my grandparents with me, and there's a bedroom and (not ADA) bathroom on the first floor which was convenient for them. The rooms upstairs were comfortable and lovely!
