Because I booked using expedia.com, my double queen double occupancy was downgraded to single king single occupancy. Was told "third party bookings has low priority but sofa was pull out bed." Refund and try my luck somewhere else or ... Staff was nice about it, offered extra bedding to make sofa bed more comfortable(?) I guess moral of the story is don't book Expedia or Hampton inn neither one can honor a booking made a month in advance.

I was here for a work conference. The room was a king suite with refrigerator and microwave. It was large and clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would change about it is the TV. It's a long rectangular room with the bed on one end and the couch on the other. In the middle is a pretty large table. And the TV is on the facing the opposite wall, perpendicular to the bed. You can't really watch the TV while lying in bed. And, in fact, the TV faces the short end of the table. I realize that the way the room is set up doesn't easily lend itself to a better solution, but there has got to be something better. Even if it's hanging the TV from the wall on a bracket that allows it to be pulled out and angled toward the bed. Everything else about the stay was great. The people were friendly and super helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
