"I got swindled on the WIFI charge. A screen on the log-in lead me to believe that if I signed up for a Marriot Bonvoy membership I would get free WIFI. I signed up and got my membership number but they still charged me for WIFI and would not refund it when I questioned it. Some excuse it was for Gold members only."

"We very much wanted to enjoy our stay. Clean, lovely front staff. But super disappointing on the 2nd day - front end loader 7am loud and tons of dust. You know this was my husband's birthday so i felt i had purchased with a significant amount of money to be /??? Was super disappointed b/c i wanted to have a peaceful wonderful time. Big black semi idling all night b/c of a new cabin coming in. But you know, i would have appreciated having some respect. The staff in front were wonderful. So i guess i was just super disappointed that my husband's birthday was ruined. The cabin was great but no fan. Very clean. I do not like complaining. But really, paid over 500 dollars for what i thought would be really great to be in nature peacefully. In the am the front desk asked if we wanted another dip. But 2 workmen were busy using leaf blowers to get rid of all the dust."
