"We could not have chosen a more beautiful and tranquil place to stay. The sound of the stream and landscape was heavenly. The hostess was lovely and very welcoming."

"Great place to stay!"

"Close to the beach and good eating places. "

"Was great for what we needed, similar to a hotel, very clean, and was easy to check-in, check-out. Great location & parking! Definitely no frills, but excellent quality for what we paid for it!! Perfect for a weekend stay."

"Third year staying with dock life. Will do again."

"Great staff and experience overall! Will definitely be back!! "

"Great spot, beautiful place with really nice surroundings. The sound of the river is very peaceful."

"Been staying here for years . We will be back!"

"Overall great experience. The location is excellent - walkable distance to Wasaga Beach and beautiful view of the river. The home is a great size and accommodated our group well. All of the bedrooms are quite spacious. The pool table and Blackjack table were a big hit, lots to do in the evenings as we settled down. We were told only after booking that we would be responsible for taking our garbage with us which was not ideal given the size of our group. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a great stay, great host!"

"Had a great time here for my brother in law bachelor weekend"

"Great stay, everything was clean and cozy"

"They double booked and didn’t mention anything till I was able to reach out for check-in and didn’t help with making other plans for where to sleep or refund at all."

"the staff were helpful an informative . the place was clean an better than staying in a hotel room. "

"Cannot recommend this spot enough. Its proximity to the beach makes it perfect for families and we absolutely loved staying here. We’re already planning on booking our week in Wasaga here next year!"
