« We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. »

« The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff.
