Staff is awesome. Property is old and outdated. Musty smell in some hallways and stairwells. Carpets seems old. Rooms were clean, just old.
Aswome, everything was clean! Staff is amazing, i had a problem with expedia and the manager came to apoligize and said dont worry about it, gave me the key/card to check in. Breakfast was very good. I have no complants. I would perfer to stay here then go to bonnie castle ever again.
Great Location , Close to a few great restaurants in addition the Lodge is right off interstate 81. Its also 20 Min from Canadian Border
The hot tub is always a great extra. timer was broken and was repaired promptly, was nice to see they actually fixed it and did not just band-aid" the problem. even numbered rooms face interstate, traffic noise is tolerable but I think we will request a room on south side next visit.
Quick check in, welcomed with a brownie and nice clean room. Beds are not that comfortable and our above neighbours were heavy walkers which was very noisy. So, not a great nights sleep. The pool was small but fine for children. The breakfast had many options. Check out was quick and provided a bottle ...
It needs to be cleaner. Carpet definitely needs replacing.
Everything was really clean. The breakfast was also great.
Close to shopping & restaurants. Reasonable price. Rooms updated. Lots of parking.
