My 3 favorite things were the view from my room in the tower, the bellhop, Matthew, and the vault. Matthew was always there to assist me with my bags, was so welcoming when I came in overwhelmed and frazzled. Being able to see out onto Lake Ontario was a joy, and the infrastructure of the building itself, incredible. The vault was breathtaking to see. All the staff were kind.

Rooms were great. Clean and we had everything we needed. Only downside was we were able to check into one hotel but our hotel was in a completely different place so we got turned around a bit. Otherwise, great experience

"The building was really old and run down. My ground floor room had a sliding glass door out to the parking lot and no bar in place for security so as a woman travelling alone I hated that. However the staff were great, the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean."
