Overall it was good. I was there for work and it was quiet and clean. My only feedback Is the room I was in the doorlock/knob want workung properly. I had to use my key card to close and lock the door properly, and had issues closing the door securely.

Quiet & clean location to stay when passing through. Continential breakfast was awesome (pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice) and saved us from having to get food on the road. Overall a good value.

Stayed at the resort with my husband and 3 kids and really enjoyed the room amenities and resort however quite disappointed that we asked to have the room cleaned and not once did they do that . Night before check in after I complained they wanted to clean my room at 11 pm which is absurd. For the price you pay I would have liked even a basic clean especially that there was cleaners few doors from us and our rooms were vacant most of the day .

It was a beautiful ride. In the evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was superb. ..."

"Highly recommended for an overnight in Cranbrook. Clean and newish rooms with a nice lobby/common areas. Staff was excellent. We needed a pet friendly room, which was no problem.
