"Il y avait une grosse fuite qui venait du sol et notre chambre était plain d'eau . Le WC sentait très mauvais. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et ils nous ont du donner 2 chambres de 2 personnes . Une était très bruyant car probablement à côté des machines /radiateurs/climatisation centrale . Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à buffet mais il faut choisir un plat à faire à la veille . Basse qualité de la nourriture !"

"Le séjour sympathique - un personnel à votre service mais malheureusement je garde de ce séjour un sentiment amer, de dégoût - suite un un bug de l’application lors de ma réservation - j’ai du faire 2 fois une réservation pour 2 nuits la première ayant échouée, au final la réservation ayant échouée est confirmee 1 mn après que je valide le second, je l’annule immédiatement mais ma carte est débitée .. Bref je contacte Hôtel.com qui me demande de me mette en relation sur place avec l’hôtel. L’hôtel a bien vu que les 2 paiements sont passés à 1 mn d’intervalle et confirme qu’il est ok pour l’annulation et le remboursement du double paiement et me le confirme par mail mais à ce jour malgré l’envoi de toutes les pièces justificatives Hôtel.com refuse à ce jour de me rembourser - c du vol !!!!!!"
