It was a surprisingly good stay at Forum Hotel. We stayed in a family room with two king beds for 4 nights.. The rooms were clean and floors were mopped daily. There are vending machines for snacks, instant noodles, drinks and even coffee. Lobby was spacious and comfortable. Though, check-in was rather slow - there wasn’t a queue but the front desk lady was quite slow.

Comfortable stay

The room is very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is very good and friendly. The toilet was choked during our stay and the maintenance staff came and settled the problems immediately. We can see part of the sea from the window and the view was nice. The only drawback was that there was no drawers in the room and it was a bit difficult for storage.

Excellent business hotel on Jalan Argyll

Brand new hotel in a convinently lbut quiet ocation in Georgetown. Walking distance to many eateries and local sights plus plenty of transportation options including Penang Central Transit Area (CAT) buses connecting to Komtar and Jetty (Pangkalan Tun Uda) for ferry connnection to the mainland.

Eenvoudig hotel en kleine kamer, zonder ontbijt. Prijs voor een kamer veeeel te duur, vergeleken met hotels in de buurt. Inchecken alleen mogelijk na 15:00 uur. Om 15:00 uur staat al een lange rij om in te checken. Heb 1 uur in de rij gestaan. Borg van 100 ringit eveneens vereist. Nooit meer.
