The staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities for comfort were available. We loved the location, the quiet, the setting and would happily return. The only thing missing for us were perhaps some cards or games for evening entertainment.

Web site and hotel said they offered room service. Not offered when asked; due to insufficient staff. This is one of the reasons people pick a full service hotel. Very disappointed.

Disappointed in booking but no option for disabled so was very difficult to get a different room at check-in. Had one elevator and way too long to walk so very inaccessible that way. Rooms very out dated and old very old actually. Second room I rented issue with air and they had to come three times to fix. My room was also too hot and no ventilation which made it difficult to get ready for a very formal event sweating to death.
