Beaverbrook House Tours and Activities

We had chosen the property as a midway for our travel home. The pool was closed for maintenance. I had booked a king with a sofa bed as we were a party of 4. The king and room I was given, had no sofa at all. When asked for a room that could accommodate us, was given a queen with a sofa bed. Was told because I booked on Expedia, not a lot of options. Was given a $20 credit. The bed was the worst bed I have slept on. And there were beard hairs all over the shower curtains. Thankfully only had to stay for 8 hrs to sleep, but would have chosen another establishment if I knew the pool was closed and the state of the rooms

The front office was close at our arrival and we had to make a call to get to our room.

Pros: -beautiful location right on promenade -walkable to town -safe -free parking -nice updated rooms -we had a water view with beautiful view of tidal bores -comfy beds Cons: -low water pressure in shower
