"Beautiful spot halfway between Seneca Falls and Watkins Glen. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place.The owner was super accommodating and answered all my (sometimes silly) questions. After a long, hot day of walking around wine country, sitting on the porch for a sunset and bird-watching was lovely. The only suggestion I have would be, bring your own chair or chair cushions. "We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. The house is well kept and very clean; the pictures accurately reflect the accommodations. Pictures cant quite capture the beauty of the view of the lake, though. We comfortably fit with 2 adults and one dog. Just a heads up, the bedrooms are a little tight but again, pictures are an accurate reflection. If youre traveling with large suitcases or if the guests are on the larger size, it might be a little difficult to manuever. The beds were equally comfortable. I would recommended and absolutely stay again as the bedrooms were not a drawback for us; rather a cozy spot to recharge after a fun filled day. "Planned a fishing trip for the grandsons and chartered with Roy’s Boys (home owner recommended) and it was perfect. 6 grandkids ranging from 23 months to age 16. Plenty of places to sleep, easy access to the lake, not a lot of traffic, and plenty for the kids to do with games, basketball hoop, swingset, etc. We loved having the huge kitchen and large livingroom. Views from the front porch and dock were perfect. We didn’t use the pool because we were there in early/mid May but I’m sure it would have been used hard by the kids. Loved our family time there."
