The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The street was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The location was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. For those traveling with kids- the tot area mentioned in the description is a 15 minute walk, so driving there is more realistic with kids. Also there really isn’t a beach area for the kids to swim as listed. We brought life jackets so our kids jumped off the dock to swim and climbed the loosely attached ladder to get out. ##### Katie Z. Early June so the weather was still cool and the lake COLD! We wanted a week of relaxed time to read and be together. It was perfect. The cottage was well equipped. We loved the covered deck where we could hang out even in the rain looking over the lake. The only negative was a soft King bed, and no instructions as to where the washer and dryer were located. We hunted around and finally found it in the basement which was only accessible from outside. Once we found it, we were pleased with the full size washer and dryer. We went in late November, and it was cold/rainy/snowy much of the stay, so we didn't use the outside space. It was a great property for this time of year though with a cozy electric fireplace and a hot tub overlooking the lake. It also has almost a full glass wall facing the lake, so the view is wonderful. The kitchen is very small, but functional and had everything we needed for cooking an easy dinner. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and there is a ton of storage! Bathroom is also very tiny, but clean and worked for us. The location is amazing, we walked to a playground and were very close to the Keuka Outlet Trail. The location was perfect, close enough to local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and still a quiet, secluded cottage to come back to at night. We enjoyed the hot tub with the phenomenal view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy with communication from the property manager. The cottage is right on the water, amazing views from the living room, porch and dock! It’s close to everything you could possibly want to explore. We did a day in Canandigua and another day near Penn Yan checking out breweries. The cottage itself was clean and spacious. Filtered water was a nice touch. It had everything we needed. We loved starting our day soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunrise. We brought our two dogs, and they enjoyed the fenced in yard and swimming at the public beach which is just down the road. ##### Tim M.
