"The room was very cold when got in but it warmed up quick. Everything was clean. The office chair needs to be changed, it was so bad I couldn’t use it at all and I had to do some work at the desk which force me to stand."

"I rated it five star because of the value as it's price is actually a two-star. The room was clean large comfortable bed and lots of hot water. My room even had a hot tub and housecoat. The furniture was old but everything worked well"

"This was not a planned stay as WestJet was not able to get me back home that evening. However, the hotel staff were all amazing, the property was fantastic and my room was great as well. The highlight of the stay was my dinner at the onsite Wings Pub. My server Lorena was awesome! The food came promptly, was very delicious and the suggested craft beer came in a large frosted mug. If I ever have any need for a hotel stay in Edmonton I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to the staff for making a terrible day of travel much better."
