"Being a solo traveler and being completely new to Uzbekistan all the staff and the Manager helped me in every aspect of the word. At times even when they were busy they made it their priority to help me with any language barriers regarding public services. The place was kept immaculately clean. "We were told the hotel is rated #2 in town, but it didn’t feel like it. Outside of old city, but walkable distance- about 10 min walk. I would rather stay inside the old town If we go next time. Also, mattresses are just too too hard ! Otherwise lovely stay - clean, safe and extremely friendly."
